The former FAI Insurance Building. A fourteen storey stone clad concrete building. Built in 1924 it was designed by Grainger, Little, Barlow & Hawkins in the Neo-Baroque style.
Fully refurbished to a design by Peddle Thorp and with the addition of two extra levels it was converted and subdivided into residential units and ground level retail in 2001. There is covered parking to the rear.
