This development is proposed for the east side of 668 Bourke Street which will impact the views, natural light and possibly privacy of this side of the building. This proposal, compounded by the intense construction of The Upper West Side to the north is forcing many owners to re-evaluate what impact an influx of new apartments will have on their homes or investments.
