Building Comment:

Freshwater Place remains one of the best equipped buildings Melbourne has to offer. It also has a lot more personality than many of the Southbank towers. It’s regularly referred to and requested by name by many prospective purchasers. Many owners will be uncertain about the construction of the new 71 level tower recently approved. We’d be happy to discuss the potential impact of the development with any owners this may affect. There is a residents meeting proposed for 16th November to provide more information and we’ll be adding any updated information or links to any relevant information to this Blog as it is made available.
