Demographics: There is a great mixture of owners in the complex including young professionals, out of town investors, a more mature generation of owner occupiers as well as owners utilizing as a secure lock & leave city base.
Forecast: Winter this year started strong producing record results and with some vendors expectations exceeded the current market. With a slight soften of the market over the last couple of weeks and high vendors expectations still soaring the outcome has result in lowering of the Auction clearance rates.
