Building Comment:
It’s interesting to see a number of listings on the market in this still very youthful building. There is some variance in prices achieved so be sure to pick your agent well. The presentation of the properties and the stunning views do impress. The sizes are compact yet fill a definite price gap in the market and hence attract good enquiry. I have several buyers who missed out on the one we just sold and would love to represent more in the building. The rental performance of the building is also excellent, we were inundated with enquiry and achieved several high quality applications for our most recent in the building. We’ve found they lease equally well as fully furnished or unfurnished units in the current market.
