“The past 12 months have demonstrated a surge in value at Franklin Lofts with the average price of an apartment in the building increasing a massive 36% from the previous year. After discussing this growth with many of the owners in the building, it fair to say that they are delighted with the success of the building thus far.

Generally all of the recent results have displayed that the majority of agents selling in the building have been achieving impressive results however one particular result highlights the consequence of not choosing the most appropriate agent to sell your property.

Apartment 2303 sold in October 2009 for $580,000 which was a fantastic result. However Apartment 2103 which is identical in terms of size and position as Apartment 2303, sold in February 2010 for $390,000. This is a perfect example of how important it is to consider other agents who may be more experienced in the building or general area and know exactly what market value is”
