The past twelve months continues to underline what an astute financial investment was made when purchasing at Freshwater Place.  Average sale price’s achieving 35% more than those sharing the Southbank post code and prices within the complex averaging over 5% more than for the previous period. Being perched on the banks of the Yarra between Crown and Southgate with views of the CBD and the Bay continues to put Freshwater Place high on the list of purchasers.
