The past 12 months have been exciting in terms of sales figures for 33 Jeffcott Street with prices up and owners enjoying steady growth. The Royal Flagstaff experienced less activity compared to the previous financial. This confirms that apartments within this complex are being tightly held due to strong growth.
Despite the uncertainty of the global financial crisis in the past year, the Royal Flagstaff has seen an increase in average apartment sale prices over $40,000, compared the previous financial year.
After speaking with many of the owners in the building it is evident that spirits are very high and most owners are certainly satisfied with the appreciation in value of their property.
Looking forward, the Royal Flagstaff offers a unique buying opportunity in a highly sought after pocket of Melbourne. This should cushion it from too many market fluctuations for the coming financial year.
