After completing a hairdressing traineeship, Daniella begun working in real estate on a short term basis in her mother’s office in the Western Suburbs in 2010.

Her mother had been a local agent in the area for over a decade and owned her own company for 7 years. Starting in administration to help inject energy and momentum into the business, Daniella excelled and quickly progressed into property management when an opportunity arose. “I’m grateful for the opportunity I had working in my mum’s office. I had excellent training and was surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist me in my first years.”

In 2013 the buzz, excitement and challenge of the inner-city saw Daniella choose to move to Melbourne’s CBD to further progress her career. Taking on a role managing a Fully Furnished portfolio in a multiple office network, Daniella was able to progress into managing a small team of upcoming property managers’ whist providing an exceptional service to her clients. “Managing furnished properties requires a different set of skills, you’re dealing with a clientele who expect a hotel quality service. You’re not only managing the property itself but ensuring that the furnishings provided are up to standard and well presented”.

After 4 successful years, in late 2016, Daniella decided it was time to challenge herself again accepting a key position at Harcourts Melbourne City. “I am ready to lead the property management team to new heights and I’m really excited about the future”
